Gentse Spruiten vzw offers weekly PLAYDATES to bring parents and children together in an easily accessible manner, giving everyone a chance to unwind over a chat with playdate, coffee and tea. Their goal is to help every family living in or around Ghent in building a support network. Gentse Spruiten also organizes a number of workshops and family-friendly events throughout the year. Gent families are further supported by BABYTHEEK GENT, a fantastic "library" where families can borrow items suitable from pregnancy all the way through to toddler age. 

The PARTYTHEEK works as a close partner, furthering the goals of both Gentse Spruiten and Babytheek Gent  by helping families plan and execute eco-friendly celebrations. Additionally, both Babytheek Gent and the Partytheek help families save much needed storage space and money, while also contributing to a sustainable lifestyle.

As you can imagine, it takes quite a lot of volunteer work to pull off all that we do so we are always looking for more hands to make our goals more attainable. In addition to the intrinsic rewards, Gentse Spruiten volunteers are entitled to a FREE Babytheek Gent and / or PARTYTHEEK membership.
